Our kitchen infra is kept spotless and pest free. We take special care to inspect each vegetable or item being used to ensure they are clean, pest free and fresh.

Our Sri Lankan cuisine requires special ingredients such as Rampa (Pandan Leaves), Curry Powders, and Maldive Fish.

We grind and roast our curry powders and grow our Rampa as far as possible. Whilst these are finite quantities, we are making arrangements to also import important ingredients.
​
Maldive Fish is a dehydrated and dried Tuna which is then crushed in chips or flakes and used for flavour and texture in a number of sambols and curries. We offer this to our customers as an optional extra and respect our vegetarian customers needs.
