Whist we strive to provide you with a satisfactory meal experience., we appreciate that despite best efforts, things don't always go according to plan.

Please find the terms of our Cancellation & Refund Policy below.

Cancellation

1. As a rule, we do not permit order cancellations once you have received confirmation of the same. However, if you cancel your order after it has been confirmed, Tamarine & General ('Dill') shall have the right to charge you a cancellation fee at its sole discretion of up to the order value. This may be done through deduction of all/any eligible refund value, or through addition of the same to your subsequent order, to compensate our restaurant/delivery partners. Tamarine & General ('Dill') shall also have right to charge a cancellation fee for orders cancelled for the following reasons:

A. inability for us to be able to contact you by phone or email at the time of order confirmation

B. your address falls outside our offered delivery area

C. inability to deliver your order due to lack of instruction and/or information from you at the time of delivery;

D. unavailability of all the items ordered by you at the time of order booking 



Refunds

1. You shall be entitled to a refund only if you have paid for your order at the time of its placement and only in the event of any of the following circumstances:


A. we cancel your order due to your delivery location falling outside our designated delivery area 

B. your order packaging has been tampered with, or damaged at the time of delivery

C. We fail to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming your order

D. failure to contact you by phone or email at the time of confirming the order booking
E. we cancel your order after the time of confirmation due to some/all of the ordered items being unavailable.

 

Decision on refunds shall be at our sole discretion and shall be final and binding.


All refunds shall be credited to your account within 2-7 business days, or in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank/payment gateway which has processed your order payment to us.


2. In case of orders with cash on delivery you will not be required to pay if the wrong order has been delivered, or the packaging has been damaged or tampered with during delivery, or if any  of your ordered items are missing at the time of delivery.
